Angelique Pettyjohn (February 11, 1943 – February 14, 1992) was an American actress and burlesque performer. She appeared in numerous television series and films, including the cult classic Star Trek: The Original Series episode "The Gamesters of Triskelion" and the exploitation film The Mad Doctor of Blood Island.

Pettyjohn died on February 14, 1992, from cervical cancer at the age of 49. She had been diagnosed with the disease three years earlier and had undergone surgery and chemotherapy. She was survived by her husband, Gary Cox. Pettyjohn's remains were cremated, and her ashes were scattered at sea.
